Register Your HOA

The Office maintains Utah’s official registry of community and condominium associations. This registry ensures associations remain in compliance with state law. Associations that are not registered or do not remain current on their registration will be unable to impose new liens or enforce existing liens until their registration is current.

The registry includes:

  • Initial registrations for community and condominium associations
  • Annual registration renewals
  • Updates to contact information
  • Termination of association registrations

Note:
As of September 2025, all associations must complete a registration in the new system. The prior registry will be discontinued after October 31, 2025.

NOTICE:

All associations must register with the new registry within 60 days of the registry opening and renew annually to remain in good standing.
