To receive information regarding the value of old stock certificates:

1. Contact the Utah Division of Corporations and Commercial Code to determine if the company was incorporated under the laws of the State of Utah, is active, or has a filing history.
2. Contact the company directly.
3. Contact a licensed broker to determine if there is a market for the stock of the company.
