A free, confidential, 24/7, 365-days-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders. This helpline encompasses many states.
The Emergency Departments at University of Utah Hospital and South Jordan Health Center in coordination with Huntsman Mental Health Institute (HMHI) have created a program to give rapid access to Suboxone treatment for opioid addiction. A person can go through the Bridge Program two times each year (365 days). If they are getting Suboxone from another provider, they will not be eligible for the program. They accept most insurance coverages and have grant funding for patients who do not have insurance.
Created by the Utah Department of Health & Human Services, providers can search for public and private addiction treatment programs in Utah for their patients.
