Update Your License Information
Licensees are required to notify the Division of any changes to their name, physical address, or email address within 10 days of the change, as mandated by Utah Code § 58-1-301.7.
Log in Instructions
Please note that this process is most effective when done on a computer, rather than a mobile device.
- Log in to My License One using your UtahID. If you do not have a UtahID, you will be directed to create an account using the email address associated with your license.
- Once logged in to My License One, scroll down to the “Existing License/Registration Holders” section.
- If your license isn’t listed there, click the “Don’t see your license . . . “ link.
- Search for your license using your full license number and registration code. If you do not know your registration code, contact the Division.
- To update your name or address, click on the three dots under the “Actions” column for the license and select “Name or Address Change Request.”
My License One
Change of Address
To change your mailing, physical or email address, you can do so instantly through your online dashboard at My License One.
Legal Name Change
If your legal name has changed, you must submit a name change request through the online dashboard, My License One, and upload a copy of one of the following:
- Updated Driver's License
- Updated Social Security Card
- Updated U.S. Passport
You will receive an email from the Division when your name change request has been reviewed and approved, or if additional information is needed.
