Read the caveat before you rely on a number. Several of these provisions apply only when your declaration or governing documents do not say otherwise. Your recorded documents can be stricter than the statute in places, and the statute overrides them in others. When a deadline matters, open the section.


Getting Records From Your Association

Budgets, Reserves, and the Votes That Undo Them
