DOPL Renewal Guide - commerce.utah.gov

Most DOPL licenses renew on a two-year cycle. If your license renewal deadline indicates EVEN, then your license renews on even years. If your license renewal deadline indicates ODD, then your license renews on odd years.

If this is your first renewal, please review the "General Renewal Instruction" below.

If you have renewed your license in the past, you can scroll down to the "Renew a License" button.

General Renewal Instructions

Please note that this process is most effective when done on a computer, rather than a mobile device.

Log in to utahdoc.mylicenseone.com using your UtahID. If you do not have a UtahID, you will be directed to create an account.
Once logged in, scroll down to the "Existing License/Registration Holders" section.
If your license isn't listed there, click the "Don't see your license . . ." link.
Search for your license using the details in your renewal notice (emailed to you 90 days before your expiration date).
Once your license is listed, click on the three dots under the "Actions" column to start the renewal process.
