Register Your HOA
Important Notice: Please review the complete instructions provided below prior to reaching out to our Office.
Under Utah law, all homeowner associations are required to register with our Office and maintain current registration by updating information within 90 days of any changes and by renewing annually. Associations that are not registered or do not remain current on their registration will be unable to impose new liens or enforce existing liens until their registration is current.
As of September 2025, all associations must register as new in the new system. The prior registry was discontinued on October 31, 2025.
