Boards and Commissions

The Division is fortunate to work with three boards and commissions as it carries out its mission: the Real Estate Commission, the Residential Mortgage Regulatory Commission ("Mortgage Commission"), and the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board ("Appraiser Board"). We encourage licensees and stakeholders to engage by attending meetings and providing public comment. Each page linked below has a subscription option at the very bottom.
