Apply for a Podiatric Physician License

If you are currently licensed in a state, territory, or district of the United States you may qualify for licensure by endorsement. Review the Podiatric Physician Licensure by Endorsement Document for additional information.

The following requirements must be met:

Request official transcripts
Complete 24 months of post-graduate training or Residency Affidavit
Request NBPME exam scores
