ATTENTION | HB 374 Transition Notice
Speech-language pathologists and audiologists transitioning from a State Board of Education credential to a DOPL license should use the standard application. While you must include a copy of your USBE credential, there is no requirement to submit transcripts or exam scores.
Please note that any existing State Board of Education credentials will stay in effect until the expiration date indicated on the document.

Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact (ASLP-IC)
As of October 2021, the ASLP-IC has been enacted into law in 15 states, including Utah, surpassing the threshold for activation of the compact. If you are interested in learning more about the ASLP-IC please visit aslcompact.com
