Licensure by Application
The following requirements must be met:
- Completion of a Master's degree in School Psychology.
- Five years of experience as a School Psychologist in Utah.
- Recommendation letter from the institution that awarded the master's degree.
- Recommendation letter from one or more Utah agencies where employed as a School Psychologist.
